Shipping policy

Our items are currently made on demand. Your order will be sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering. This time to fulfill does not include shipping times.

Note: Mugs & T-Shirts may ship separately.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates.

Order Never Arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that the correct address was entered. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@boricuaspirit.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
