SHIPPING

Our items are custom made, on demand. Your order will be sent out on average within 3-7 business days of ordering. Production time may vary due to volume of orders or when the order is placed. Production time is not included in estimated shipping times. Different item types (Home/Apparel) may ship separately. 

**Special Note: Due to Covid-19, please expect delays, as we are seeing long fulfillment and shipping times industry-wide. You will receive an email when your item has been shipped. We thank you greatly for your patience. **


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship to the US and PR. We currently do not offer international shipping.

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED:

If your order did not arrive, be sure to let us know.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that the correct address was entered. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@boricuaspirit.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNS POLICY

At this time we only offer refunds in the form of store credit. We will happily exchange an item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a e-receipt confirmation or proof of purchase.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time.

WRONG SIZE:

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
